Getting Started
Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?+
Nothing at all. Simply reach out via our contact form or WhatsApp with a rough idea of what you're interested in. We'll guide the rest. You don't need medical records, a deposit, or any commitment just to start a conversation.
Is the initial consultation free?+
Yes, completely free. Our first consultation is a 30-minute one-on-one session to understand your goals, timeline, and expectations. No payment or commitment is required at this stage.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your intended travel date to allow adequate time for clinic scheduling, hotel coordination, and pre-trip medical consultations (when required). For complex surgical packages, 2–3 months ahead is ideal.
Clinics & Treatments
How do you select your partner clinics?+
Every clinic in our network has been personally evaluated by our team. We assess board certifications, international patient track record, hygiene standards, aftercare protocols, and English-language capability. We receive no referral fees. Our only metric is quality.
Can I request a specific clinic I already have in mind?+
Yes. If you have a specific clinic you'd like to visit, we can often arrange access and coordinate your visit. We'll assess the clinic's suitability and, if appropriate, integrate it into your itinerary alongside our vetted partners.
What types of procedures can MediLux arrange?+
We cover a wide range: aesthetic surgery (rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, liposuction), dermatology (laser, rejuvenation, anti-aging), dental (veneers, implants, orthodontics), ophthalmology (LASIK, lens implants), comprehensive health screening, Korean medicine, and lifestyle treatments including hair, spa, and beauty.
Will I have a translator with me at every appointment?+
Yes. Your bilingual concierge is present at every single clinic visit. They handle all translation (English and Chinese available), paperwork, and communication with the medical team, before, during, and after each appointment.
Logistics & Stay
Do you book hotels and flights?+
We assist with hotel selection and booking, recommending properties in Gangnam suited to your procedures and recovery needs. Flights are your responsibility, though we advise on optimal arrival timing, and your concierge will arrange airport pickup on both ends.
What happens if I need to change plans while in Seoul?+
Your concierge handles any scheduling changes in real time. We build flexibility into every itinerary and maintain direct lines to all clinic coordinators. Rebooking, rescheduling, or adding new services during your trip is handled on your behalf.
Is aftercare supported once I return home?+
Yes. All packages include post-departure check-ins. Signature and VIP packages include direct clinic liaison for follow-up questions, prescription renewals, and progress reviews for up to 1 month after your return.
Pricing & Payment
Are clinic fees included in your package price?+
MediLux package fees cover our concierge and coordination services. Clinic consultation and procedure fees are paid directly to each clinic and are separate. We walk you through the full cost breakdown during consultation, so there are no surprises later.
What currencies do you accept?+
We accept USD, SGD, and KRW. Bank transfer and major payment platforms are supported. Clinic fees in Korea are typically paid in KRW. We advise on the most cost-effective exchange options for your stay.
